Applying simple grids on a Mvc 5 project

I need for 3 unrelated grids to be added to a create view.

The model and it's 3 1 to many relationships has already been created and in the controller the CRUD actions has already been tested to save this.

I need a grid that would allow the user to keep adding more rows to the grid, preferably if the new row appears automatically once the last row is fully filled.

I need this before friday
