Looking for an experience backend developer, to work together with our team in Brazil on a project.
The project consists of listening to an input folder, waiting for video files to be put there, and then merging these files together, and replace the audio of the new file with a static music file (mp3).
After the file is created, the server needs to upload it to a Video Hosting Cloud Service via an API, get a key, and then use this key to publish in the video portal.

The server is interacted with via a local Desktop app. There are 4 Desktop app running in parallel, all interacting with the server, so concurrency needs to be taken into consideration.

However, no authentication is needed between the local app and the server.
