we are seeking an experienced consultant proficient in new relic and grafana tools to support the creation of alerts and dashboards. These dashboards will be used by a noc team monitoring applications on aws 24/7. Our goal is to develop new dashboards in New Relic and Grafana to have a unified monitoring solution, avoiding the need to use multiple platforms to check resource status.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure New Relic and Grafana for application monitoring and performance analysis.
Identify and report any system bottlenecks or performance issues.
Optimize transactional processes for increased efficiency.
