Answering Machine Detection App Development

Very quick and easy project high money.
Make me an iPhone app, where when I call a number, if the number has an answering machine (such as: "for billing, press 1, for general inquiries, press 2, for technical support, press 3"), then the program will go through all the possible options that are available until one of 2 things happen:
1. A real human gets on the call or
2. The machine asks for a custom input (such as: "please enter your account number followed by the has key").
Once either of those two possibilities are reached, stop the call. If there are no other options to explore, stop exploring any more options.
Turn outcome into a flowchart as shown in the screenshot below. If the number already has a flowchart associated with it, just display the existing flowchart.
