Anpr-in Yolo

Basically I'm doing license plate recognition project.I have done the recognition process but when I run the python,it detects the images correctly but when I test with videos the recognition got errors.The errors to detect a number plate with "ABC1234" it detects it in the form of "A1BC234" but when test with images it work fine. I think when you test the program u will find the issues.Next is I have created the PHP files for making a webserver and cloud system.The thing I didn't know is that I need to send the data of Python output to the Webserver.I used XAMPP to do this.Basically the python output need to be send to the webserver and the output for example "ABC123" need to be compared with the database to make a "alert" in the webserver.Basically need  to demo the system making a alert sign in the server if the data from the server and database match.Next the last thing is if the database and server output matches,it need to trigger the gps code to output the gps coordinates.

So what I you to help is
1.Calibrate the python output for the video detection because the same code will be used for a live testing
2.Send the Python output to the server and the data need to be compared with the database
3.When alert comes,the GPS coordinate should be displayed inside the Webserver
4.show a clip from the video if the system cannot detect
