I need an Android App prototype built using Android Studio.

This is not a full app - just a one-page prototype using 4 features. Just basic functionality of microphone access with Speech to Text, camera access, play an MP3, and dial a phone number.

All the technical specifications are included in the zipfile.

The goal is to make an Android App that uses these features so I can then copy/paste the HTML and JavaScript code from this page into my actual Single Page Application and have a working Android App.

The goal is to make an Android App that uses these 4 basic features so I can then copy/paste the HTML and JavaScript code from this page into my actual Single Page Application and have a working Android App. Our pwa/spa uses materializecss and jquery so code must be compatible with those libraries. That is why you must use this page for your development. Debug code is shown in JS console and in right side of page on desktops/tablets or on bottom of page when viewed on phones.
