1. Classification of the Purchase items - Consumibles, Standard, Service, DIrect Material, Machineries, Spares etc.

2. Pattern of Purchase - Seasonal, Annual, Monthly

3. Supplier classification basis category
4. Price trend, adjusted to inflation in local currency and USD
5. Real Lead time of items, variance etc
6. Spend analysis
