Amazon Ses and Mail-Server Smtp expert needed

We are developing an email marketing and personalization software., Currently in the MVP phase (early development stage).

We are planning to send tens of thousands of emails each day in behalf of our clients. That way, we are searching for an expert who shares his expertise in setting up a scalable system enabling us to

- send high-volume of emails
- ensure perfect delivery rates (keeping in mind sender score etc.)
- Best possible price-performance ratio

You would share your knowledge during meetings, calls and via concept documents. If the initial collaboration works well, we might get back to you on a regular level entering a consistent collaboration.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience in developing scalable and high-performance email sending systems.
- Knowledge of email protocols (smtp, imap) and email-related libraries/apis.
- Familiarity with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka) for handling high email volumes.
- Expertise in email deliverability best practices and strategies.
- Knowledge of email authentication protocols (spf, dkim, dmarc).
- Experience in managing sender reputation and maintaining high deliverability rates.
- Familiarity with email marketing regulations (e.g., can-spam act, gdpr).

- Expertise in designing and managing scalable server infrastructure.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for hosting the email sending service.
- Experience in setting up and configuring email servers (e.g., Postfix, Sendmail).
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation and deployment tools (e.g., Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in designing and managing large-scale databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of database optimization techniques for handling high volumes of email-related data.
- Familiarity with data backup, recovery, and security best practices.
