Alter Svg Template for Kde Plasma Notification Widget Shadows

KDE Plasma (Linux Desktop) has beautiful shadows on the default Breeze theme (Window Decorations). However, most desktop themes do not have great shadows on widgets/dialogs/notifications/etc. So I took it upon myself to edit background.svg in /usr/share/plasma/desktoptheme/<theme>/dialogs/background.svg to make the shadows match the Breeze Window Decorations (Large Shadows).


Unfortunately, I suck at SVG and don't have a good grasp on the Plasma requirements of the SVG file. I've attached my current attempt that does result in better shadows, but they are still very ugly compared to the Breeze Window Decorations.

This project is for someone who is decent in Inkscape, svg, and can understand the kde/plasma requirements to make me a new background.svg that matches the Breeze shadows. See attached files for example. And reference documents here:
