Airbnb alike Property Website with Transaction

The development of a Property website with transaction functions. WordPress with CMS. All design layout (in AI format) and content provided by us.
Developer need to turn the static design into a website and provision of all codings and documentation for the project. It's okay to customise this website based on a wp theme as long as it fulfills our design layout based on ai:

Show number of customers now viewing/ viewed a specific or all site(s) when another customer(s) is/are viewing
