Agency looking for Italian copywriter

Our Copywriting agency is looking for a long-term ITALIAN Copywriter to add to the team (we already have 4 members) for a new project that involves some of our 600+ clients in our customer base. We retain and onboard a lot of new customers on a weekly basis, and need to expand our copywriters team to ensure all the demands are satisfied.

Added points if the candidate can also write in fluent English (so you can work on more projects and therefore gain more).

We are looking for someone who is able to handle all types of copy projects,(also emotional ones, with great depth of research behind and understanding of the target audience's feelings) like:

-Landing pages
-Facebook ads
-Website content
-Email copy
-Lead magnets
-Product descriptions
-Brochures and Flyers content

Each copywriter is paid based on the number of words written at the end of the month.

The basic pay with which you join the team is $5 every 250 words, which can obviously increase (up to a maximum) with experience and based on how resourceful you are for the company.

At the moment, our top copywriters accumulate on average from $ 800 to $1000 per month in tasks. The commission goes up with time, trust, and experience. Once a month, there will be a recap of the projects written and then the payment will be forwarded accordingly.
The candidate will have total control over their work and time, but there will be deadlines to be met. Late deliveries will result in no commission, as we can't make customers unhappy with our services.

Basically, this would be the start of a collaboration.

We need the copywriter to be flexible in terms of adjustments to the copy: An assigned manager will be following closely every task delivery, and will ask to make adjustments based on their suggestions if necessary. The customers can also ask for revisions, and the copywriter assigned to the task is in charge of them.

Fundamental requirements:

-Punctuality - Projects delivered late will not be compensated. Deadlines are there to be met.
-Flexibility - We operate in all industries, so the candidate must be able, through research, to write about any type of business.
-Availability- Team members have an assigned manager who assigns them tasks and reviews them, as well as providing examples and study material from which to draw information. The candidate must be open to reviewing various jobs as requested by the manager, and possibly also as requested in the second place by the client.
-Accessibility- The communication will take place via whats app, where the tasks will be assigned and the changes requested. For this, the candidate must be accessible (People who reply after days will be automatically excluded from our search).

They will get access for free to training coming from 15.000€ invested in copywriting courses by the agency. Initially there will be a training period where you will receive pdf presentations, feedback on the copy, and sample materials deriving from tens of thousands of dollars spent in training (Carlton, Kurtz, Justin Goff, Dan Kennedy). When the manager of reference considers that their skills, competences, and punctuality respect the canons of our company, they can start being involved in more projects, thus increasing their monthly avarage and workload.


Note: Since these services are outsourced copywriting, if the customer cancels the order, no money enters the company, therefore not even the copywriter. We have a 100% money-back policy. Cancellations happen very rarely, both thanks to our customer service and the skills of our copywriters (1 cancellation every 100 orders or so), obviously it's up to each team member to do everything to avoid it - Yes, this also means reviewing a document over and over until the customer is satisfied.
