Sirena is the one and only WhatsApp CRM.

We develop technology that simplifies sales communications. We help businesses communicate better with their customers in order to improve their sales.

Do you love performing administrative tasks? You have an extreme attention to detail, amazing communication skills, have worked in a call center for at least 6 months and have profficient skills in google sheets and using internet tools.

We're seeking an administrative assistant to help us with punctual tasks. You'll be expected to talk to our suppliers and employees by phone, whatsapp and email, work with word and excel and manage processes.

Time required: 2 hours per day at the beggining. And after some time it may increase or decrease.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Amazing writing and communication skills. Legal knowledge.
Profficient use of Google Sheets (Know-How in formulas.
Queries will be a plus)
High attention to detail.
