I am looking for an office admin/coordinator to assist me with various tasks on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in email management and document preparation, including creating templates, invoices, and other documents. He/ She will also coordinate with different parties (external and internal) to keep the process ongoing.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace is required
- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Carrying out routine checks to ensure smooth operations and deliveries
- Attending to general issues and fixing simple problems
- Email, folders management
- Willing to learn and take on responsibilities
- Interacting with clients and customers
- Ability to manage schedules and calendars effectively
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Weekly meetings over call
- General assistance
