Handling the entire administration and infrastructure for the facility of 1500 people with 20 subordinates’ reporting to me. Handling Staff Transportation for Bangalore location's for an average of 600 agents on a daily basis who are availing pick up/drops. Coordinating with the corporate team for the hotel bookings, local car transfers and ticket bookings.
Maintaining 04 Corporate Guest Houses/Hotel Bookings/Car Transfers and collecting feedbacks to circulate to the corporate team and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Conducting self audits, cross center audits to ensure 100% compliance of site. Negotiation for material procurement.
Counter checks on the bills submitted by vendor and approving the same. Overlooking that the records, services are maintained as per SOP. Ensure efficient and structured team takes care of the complete electromechanical equipment’s on site.
Following up for the PPM. Part of the BCP team to ensure business continuity. Providing training to the cab drivers and the HK staff and review the quality of work by coordinating with the service providers.
Maintenance of high-class infrastructure. Ensure 100% availability of electricity, water and other basic amenities round the clock. Provide wholesome, nutritious and hygienic food availability in the canteen.
Taking care of the imports, Customs clearances etc. Maintaining legal compliances of the sites and reviewing this on a monthly basis. Rigorously following the company policies, procedures and values.
