Buen dia. Tengo una tienda online y debo actualizar las versiones de wordpress y PHP, por tanto necesito realizar una copia de la base de datos, para no perder mi informacion. Ademas cambiar el tema de mi web, darle un aspecto diferente. Mi hosting es Arsys.es
