App running on Windows server, updating from sql server tables, card id numbers authorized to open door every time a new record is created or updated in the table. This is done using TCP Socks connection to access control board.

App must handle two types of access control boards, for one we have SDK for the other we have sample source code to access and program the board

App must also upload/download config parameters from boards

Knowledge of TCP Socks programming, C++ or C# required. Experience with access control boards a Plus
