3d house design for virtual tour

We are looking to design a house in 3DS Max or similar in order to export each space to a panorama photo so we can create a virtual tour. The house should be a 2 floors house, kitchen, living & dining room, one bedroom + 01 bathroom, 01 bedroom & a common bathroom for guests. Should look like a normal for common people, nothing fancy. Should also include common decoration.

A local entity is willing to present an interactive virtual tour for an event. They want to create a trivia on this house. We need the panorama pictures of the house to create the virtual tour.
