2d low poly vectors

I need 2 vectors to include in my Unity project (and probably will need more in the future, this is just a test).

I need this two assets:
- an apple in 2D low poly (pastel colors)
- a seeds bag with that apple stamped in the front (pastel colors)

It is important to create a style to replicate this to other fruits in the future.

But a bit 'more in 2D' and 'professional', don't know if you understand me.
